Project Overview

This project involved the complete construction of a detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in the backyard, delivered from the ground up. The scope included site preparation and foundation work, structural framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical installation, HVAC integration, insulation, drywall, interior finishes, and detailed exterior craftsmanship. Every phase was carefully coordinated to ensure quality, durability, and code compliance.
